We ship all online orders via UPS, USPS or FedEx All orders placed Monday through Friday will ship within 48 hours, pending payment verification. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be shipped by the following Tuesday.

Marsh & Bayou Outfitters, LLC charges tax on orders in Louisiana. The current tax rate is 9.2%

REFUSAL OF PACKAGE UPON DELIVERY

If upon delivery of your order, the package is refused, you will be responsible for all shipping charges.

RETURNS OR EXCHANGES

You should ship the package using Fedex, UPS or USPS insured with delivery confirmation. Marshandbayououtfitters.com will not be responsible for lost or damaged packages by delivery services. Record your tracking number and order number and keep until your refund or exchange has been received. This also helps if you need to make an inquiry on your return.
